Charmaine is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Model

She ran track in High school. she played netball and volley ball as well. She started weight training while she was attending college. She took a couple of fitness and weight training courses and just loved it.

She started reading fitness magazines in college and improved my training. A friend told her she looked great and she should have some professional pictures taken. While she was doing the photo shoot the photographer suggested that she should start competing- and that's what i did four months later.
